The Torch Doha announces the TORCH STAIRCASE RUN, TOWER RUNNING…

For the third year in a row, Aspire Zone Foundation is renewing the fantastic opportunity to race up the staircase of the iconic THE TORCH DOHA Hotel in The TORCH Staircase Run, Tower Running Grand Prix of Qatar 2014.

This one of-its-kind event in the GCC region will take place on Saturday, 29th March, 2014. Entrants will start at the base of the tower and make their way up to the finish line located on the 51st floor.

The challenging route consists of a total of 1304 stairs as runners will have to make their way up to the top of the 300m tower. The event is open to people of all abilities who have undergone an intensive training prior to the race.

World Champion Staircase runners will take part in the race so you can challenge yourself against the best.

It is a physically demanding run so we suggest that you should only enter if you have been training consistently.
